Languages that offer spoken audio on the public listen page. Always includes the source language (live PCM). Targets are included only when a GCP TTS voice is configured.
Parameters
- sourceLanguage: string
  Channel source language.
- enabledLanguages: string[]
  Enabled listen target languages.
- voices: GcpTtsVoicesMap
  Normalized per-language GCP TTS voice map.
Returns string[]
Language codes that may enable the listen speaker control.
