Stores an encrypted OpenRouter API key for the channel owner.
Parameters
- userId: string
  Owner user id.
- apiKey: string
  Plaintext OpenRouter API key.
Returns Promise<LiveTranslationChannelOwnerView>
Updated owner view, or null when channel missing.
