Function rotateStreamKey

rotateStreamKey(userId: string): Promise<LiveTranslationChannelOwnerView>
Creates or rotates the RTMP stream key (encrypted + hashed) and returns plaintext.
Parameters
- userId: string
  Owner user id.
Returns Promise<LiveTranslationChannelOwnerView>
Updated owner view with streamKeyPlaintext, or null.
