Updates the configured Google Drive backup folder path and resolved folder id metadata.
Parameters
- id: string
  Connected account row id.
- backupFolderPath: string
  User-facing folder path within My Drive ('' or / for root).
- platformUserId: string
  Serialized platform user metadata including optional rootFolderId.
Returns Promise<ConnectedAccountPublic>
Updated public account row, or null when the row does not exist.
