Switches a scheduled livestream between the main and temporary YouTube stream keys and rebinds YouTube.
Parameters
- accessToken: string
  OAuth access token with YouTube live scopes.
- account: ConnectedAccount
  Connected YouTube account with decrypted stream keys.
- livestream: Livestream
  Livestream row to update (must be scheduled with a broadcast id).
- armedLivestreams: readonly Livestream[]
  Other armed livestreams for conflict detection.
- nextSlot: LivestreamKeySlot
  Target key slot.
Returns Promise<ChangeLivestreamKeySlotResult>
Updated row and optional conflict metadata, or upstream error details.
